About Us
Brianna L. Greco, Esq.
Brianna L. Greco (Nelson), Esq. is a New York licensed attorney with extensive experience in business and transactional law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Dowling College. Throughout her legal career, Brianna has practiced in a broad range of areas, including business and corporate law, residential and commercial real estate, employment law, landlord-tenant law, estate planning, criminal law, and traffic law. She has also represented intermediaries in large, complex procurement transactions.
Brianna brings a distinctive combination of legal, operational, and entrepreneurial experience to her practice. She is an owner of a prominent themed restaurant, where she oversees the company’s legal, operational, and strategic affairs. She previously served as co-owner and Chief Legal Officer of a microtechnology manufacturing company that she built and developed with her partner, playing an integral role in establishing and overseeing its operations, organizational structure, legal affairs, and strategic direction. She has also served as a co-owner of several other businesses, giving her a sophisticated firsthand understanding of business formation, growth, management, and risk.
A significant focus of Brianna’s practice is drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. She offers her clients a perspective that extends beyond the legal interpretation of contractual rights and obligations. When drafting and negotiating agreements, she considers not only whether the legal language adequately protects her client, but also how each provision will operate in practice and affect the client’s business, operations, and long-term objectives. In her transactional practice, she works closely with clients to identify potential risks and structure agreements that protect their interests without introducing unnecessary complexity. Her practical, business-minded approach allows her to identify issues and consequences that may be overlooked when an agreement is evaluated solely from a legal perspective, while preserving momentum and minimizing potential liability.
Brianna has long had a passion for negotiation, which she developed further in law school through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, where she won Touro Law School’s intraschool negotiation competition. She built her legal practice around personalized client service and a results-oriented approach. Guided by a strong moral compass and a commitment to quality over quantity, she approaches every matter with care, diligence, and integrity.
